Beaucaire artisanal brewery

A few minutes from the historic center of Beaucaire, come and discover this craft brewery.

Johanna has been a full-time brewer for 14 years, she has become the reference for Beaucaire beer.
In her room at the foot of the Abbey of Saint-Roman de Beaucaire, she works, alone, to brew each craft beer that comes out of her workshop.

In fact, two new brunettes came out of his imagination recently. Novelties made as always with local cereals like all of these beers: Camargue rice, Corn from Terre d'Argence, chestnuts, cherry or peach beer...
These beers ferment in the bottle, which leaves room for a deposit of yeasts that are excellent for our health!

It is a human-sized brewery that was born in 2009 from the passion of a couple of amateur brewers who were able to move to the next level, while maintaining this approach of making original and personal beers. At the beginning, it was only a matter of selling a few bottles in order to finance studies while having fun.
Given its success, Beaucaire beer has become a real business that has grown, from 200L brews to 800L brews.
Johanna now works alone in the Brasserie, with the help of her husband and her 9-year-old son from time to time, who may take over. Most often, she tries to use cereals that are grown locally by farmer friends (rice, maize, sorghum, barley, wheat...) or by close relatives (chestnuts). The brewing industry.
Johanna uses them to bring a local touch to her product and also to reduce supply distances. She is trying to contribute to ecology. For its part, the first step towards ecology is to promote local trade, with producers who respect the environment.

Its beers are original, handmade and brewed in a sustainable development concept. The spent grains are collected by a bull breeder.
