Come and taste wine in an original way. Coralie invites you to discover the biodynamic wines of this estate through your 5 senses. An authentic and surprising sensory journey awaits you ! Whether you're an enthusiast or a novice, wine will give you olfactory and sensory memories... The key words are “feel”, “let go” and “intuition” to learn how to taste them.
The experience begins with a stroll through the estate's vineyards, punctuated by breaks during which you learn to taste and feel the wine.
You'll be equipped with an opaque glass (so as not to be influenced by the color of the wine's robe) and a black blindfold, two essential accessories.
You don't need to be a wine expert to enjoy this tasting - quite the contrary ! It's all about giving free rein to your emotions.
Coralie, an expert in sensory and intuitive tasting, guides us through an experience that calls on all our senses : touch, smell and taste are called upon in turn to try and understand what we feel with each sip of wine. Childhood scents, comforting sensations, colors... Every experience is unique and unique to each individual !
We continue with a tour of the cellars, where Coralie explains the different stages of vinification and lets us taste two final wines.
We end this lovely and surprising experience with a gourmet aperitif, featuring local produce, accompanied by the wine(s) that thrilled us.
