Open since 2002, La Fourquette welcomes you in a warm industrial style decor every noon of the week and Friday evening but also by group reservation in the evenings and weekends (birthday, baptism, communion, friends, family, co-workers...)

Stéphanie Belmonte, manager of the restaurant La Fourquette in Fourques since 2002, has fallen into the restaurant business since she was very small!

“My father was a pastry chef in Arles, I have always lived in this environment.”

Established for more than 20 years in Fourques, La Fourquette has become over the years a sure bet in the village. Open only for lunch during the week and on Friday evenings, Stéphanie concocts dishes with Mediterranean flavors but also with an Asian influence!

Self-taught, her signature dish, the “Steph'Burger”, regularly changes composition. The dish of the day, at €10, will also delight gourmets.
The restaurant located in the village business park can accommodate around sixty seats all year round and a small terrace in summer.
La Fourquette can be privatized for events and Stéphanie, who has a good knowledge as a pastry chef, can make Number Cakes for birthdays on request. Cakes in the shape of numbers!
