Coastal, River, Offshore, CRR Boating License - From the age of 16 and up
Permis côtier (Near-coastal license) – This license is a coastal option and allows you to operate a boat or a jet ski without limitation of size or power, offshore and on lakes, up to 6 miles from a shelter (approximately 11 kms).

Permis fluvial (Inland waters license)- This license allows you to drive a boat or jet ski on inland waters: rivers, lakes,... without power limitation, but lower than 20m
Extension Hauturier (High sea license) - The offshore extension to the coastal license allows you to operate a boat, without limitation of size or power, and without limitation of distance.
CRR - The Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Certificate permits the use of VHF radio abroad and in international waters.
