In the heart of the village of Jonquières-Saint-Vincent in Gard, discover two windmills of the 17th and 18th century entirely rebuilt by the Compagnons du Tour de France.
Here is an unexpected vision: two mills in the heart of the village. A bit as if Jonquières-Saint-Vincent had been built around them.
Two mills proudly spread their wings in the heart of Jonquières-Saint-Vincent.
Restored thanks to master carpenters’s know-how of the Compagnons du Tour de France (French organization of craftsmen and artisans dating from the Middle Ages), their wings turn again for everyone’s delight.
Every year, at the occasion of local events, you can see wheat become flour.
