Our are a Belgian family, fallen under the spell of the region. Narrative of our holiday in Beaucaire, in the Terre d'Argence, ideal base for visiting Provence and the Camargue.
Land of Argence, we are (re) here!
Hallo! We are a family with two children, we live on the Belgian coast. In the family there are Shana and Franky, parents, Selina (10 years) and Dylan (17 years). We will tell you about our experience in Terre d'Argence last year, and tell you why we chose to come back this year!
Well, to be very honest, we landed in Beaucaire a little by chance. We were looking for a place to land to explore and discover the region, we love the South of France, the atmosphere so special, the sun and cicadas!
Our choice quickly turned to a rental in Beaucaire, which represented for us a strategic and central place to visit Avignon, the Pont du Gard, Nimes, Arles, Les Baux de Provence, Fontvieille.
It was only when we arrived there that we were pleasantly surprised by everything that the Land of Argence itself had to offer.
We waved into the ancient center of Beaucaire, in these pretty alleys that tell the history of the city. This stroll enchanted the little as the big ones. We went to see the Chapelle Saint Laurent, and the suspension bridge of Fourques. The people here were really very welcoming and ready to do a service, even with our son who has a motor disability.
This year, the choice was quickly made: we re-rented the same accommodation in the historic center and Beaucaire! It remains to be hoped that we will be able to travel in August, if the sanitary conditions allow us to cross the border!
You are told 'see you soon! '
