Valerie is a farmer. When it acquired the Mas du Petit Mylord, the 18th century building is in bad condition. She then wrap up her sleeves to restore her charm of yesteryear. It wasn't a small business.

Today the building and its park are one of the most pleasant places on the plain of Beaucaire.

Valérie uses in her kitchen the good local products, the vegetables from her garden, the meat of her neighbor... At Valérie, we eat Provencal and Beaucairoise specialties. We come for authentic cuisine, the cuisine of our grandmothers who simmer on the stoves for hours: crespou, eggplant papetons, Beaucaairoise eigriade, keeper of bulls...

Valérie's cuisine is also forgotten vegetables, weeds or - in an eco-responsible approach - peelings... She knows how to combine them all and associate them to surprise our palaces!

Dandelions, jasmine, daisies, acacia, elderberry, ass scrapers, violets, poppies, and so on... all grow in the gardens and fields of the Terre d'Argence.

It is this nature that Valérie pampers in her field, because here the environment is preserved and pesticides are prohibited.

With these pretty simple flowers, she creates “cauldron” jams, candied flowers to spread on a toast, eat with a little cheese or add to the composition of a dish.
Just think about it, it gives water to the mouth!

And for children, Valérie regularly organizes botany courses where they participate in the collection of seasonal flowers and create a recipe together. An open mind about nature and its preservation, the seasons and plants here.
