First residence of the Counts of Toulouse, then headquarters of a seneschalty administering the royal possessions in the South, the Fortress was the theater of many destructive assaults. The Fortress still delivers beautiful vestiges that witness its glorious and eventful past.
With your guide, you will discover tasking marks, the lord's chapel, the polygonal tower and the round path.
The Fortress dominates the city and offers a magnificent view of the Rhône and further on Provence.
